Sessions
Sessions include a 45 minute one-on-one block of time with Coach in four different areas: skills, workout, trail or gym. Sessions are held early Saturday mornings. Session locations will change monthly. The athlete can pick one session to attend each month as part of the above Hub and Crank coaching packages. The athlete can pick which session they feel is most suitable for them and works best with their schedule. Other arrangements can be made for weekday sessions if needed.
SKILLS SESSION: Meet up at a local park, bike park, or trail to focus on building specific skills
WORKOUT SESSION: Ride a workout together to push pace and simulate race day
TRAIL SESSION: Ride a trail together, stopping as needed to work on technique, line choices, and other skills as they arise throughout the ride.
GYM SESSION: Meet up at the gym for a weight lifting session. Equipment review, and review of proper lifting form will be covered

Looking for an experienced rider who can show you the ropes out on the trails? Maybe you need a little help navigating a new trail you’ve been wanting to hit, but are hesitant to go on your own.
It doesn’t matter if you are just starting to ride or are an experienced rider. Let’s go hit the trails together! This package has no month to month commitment, and is limited to Utah county.
The Cassette

A small group skills session: 45 minute skills session for 2-6 riders with similar riding abilities

Wanna build your bike skills with a couple friends? Heck yeah, you do! Riding bikes is better with friends! Wrangle up your gang and let’s meet up for a skills session. Skills from the very beginning rider up to the advanced cross country rider are covered.
We move at the group’s pace. Depending on the group’s skill level, this session will be held at a local park, bike park, or on the trail. Your first session will include a Trail Recon Coaching bike bottle. This package has no month to month commitment, and will continue to build off of previously learning skills for future sessions.

The Grip

A one-on-one skills session: 45 minute skills session for one athlete

Looking to build your skills, and confidence on the bike? These one-on-one coach and athlete sessions are designed to meet you where you are at in your riding abilities and build from there. Moving at the athlete’s pace, skills from the very beginning rider up to the advanced cross country rider are covered.
Depending on the athlete’s skill level, this session will be held at a local park, bike park or on the trail. Your first session will include a Trail Recon Coaching bike bottle. This package has no month to month commitment, and will continue to build off of previously learned skills for future sessions.

Parents of Minor Athletes:
Parents are always welcome to watch sessions of minors. Parents are also welcome to accompany a minor during a trail session, provided they have basic bike handling skills, have signed the waiver, and agree not to sideline coach.
For the safety of all parties, trail sessions will be recorded when a minor is present.

Coaching packages can be terminated at any time by the athlete.
Package pricing will be prorated for athletes who onboard mid month.
Packages will not be prorated if cancelled mid month. The agreed upon coaching services will continue to be provided until the last day of the month if cancelled mid month.
Advanced notice of termination for any training plan creation packages is required (the Crank, Hub and Spoke packages)
Please give at least 7 days notice prior to the start of the next month.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
All payments are done through Venmo.
